Purchased new at MMI in 2011, this professional grenadilla oboe is a great find! It received a full pre-sale servicing in our repair shop which includes a full cleaning, oiling, necessary pad/cork replacements, pad leveling, play test, and final adjustments. Previous crackwork was also checked. This oboe has a beautiful clear tone, and keywork includes the 3rd octave, low Bb vent, and an adjustable thumbrest that swivels from side to side for optimum hand positioning. Comes in a Buffet hard case and Cavallaro cover. Also included with the purchase of this instrument is a 1-year NEW crack & maintenance warranty.
